congratulations

I just opened my REI business about 3 months ago. Currently I'm trying to build my website and my power team. I have looked at an area to farm around my zip code and now putting a list together to send out my first direct mail flyers (just have not done it yet), yes scared.

First I'm trying to see the business from the customer side as well.  I have a voice mail set up and my landing page to bring in leads.

So how did you build your team members to help with your business, like the title company?

Andrew Michael,

Thanks for the quick response!  I will call them today.  Do you mind if we connect?

Wow these questions toward title companies are great.  I'm starting to build my POWER TEAM and this helps me move in a forward direction.  I will be making calls today. Very nervous, but it will be done.

Hello everyone,

I recently started building my business in wholesaling.  I am currently studying deep into BiggerPockets as well as other books, podcast, video's etc... My question to anyone is what to ask when looking for a title company?  I currently live in Maryland in the area of Fort Meade (Anne Arundel County). Does anyone have a suggestion of a title comapny in the area, that are investor friendly.

I know starting the coversation is hard, but with more practice and more deals, it will flow like talking to a friend.

Thank you all in advance

P.S.

I have already started building my website, looking for leads, and have my business cards.  I'm trying to build my POWERTEAM.  If anyone has more advice on building my powerteam and here in Maryland please help.

Hello everyone

New to wholesaling going on 2 months now.  I have the business part up and running and the bank accounts opened. While reading and learning, I'am working on my logo for the business cards and gathering my script with questions to ask to build my power team.  Today I will be calling Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers. Do anyone have advice on what to say or ask when looking for a Real Estate Agent, Contractors, Mortgage Brokers, (closing people? who will this be)?

Hello I'm a newbie to wholesaling, started about 2 months ago.  My parnter and I have been to classes, seminars, and we are always reading about Real Estate Investing.  I would like to get connected with others new and old in the business. Today I will be calling around to build my power team starting with Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers.  I have my questions to ask, but would like to know if anyone has advice to help or what to say?

Hi Jamal

I have a question for you about your logo.  How did you get the logo to appear on the bottom of your post?  I have someone working on my logo and business cards this week.  I hope to use the logo on my website soon.

Hello

I just started the wholesaling business about 2 months ago here in Maryland.  I have the business almost set up and ready to start looking for my Power Team Members.  I hope that we can all work together here in Maryland and learn from each other.  Thanks for the tip of the extra books to read from the education section here on BP.

Hello, new to investing. Just established my Corporation and business account.  This kind of deal seems very scary.  Did you have to put up any money towards this deal and if so how did you?  I'm inot wholesaling and trying to learn about other financing vehicles.

I love your ad... I don't understand that you can offer Private Financing up to 100% of purchase price (WHAT DOES THAT REALLY MEAN)?
