I would love for people to know that I want to build and connect to help each other out and so that later I can teach someone else. How do you go about asking for a Mentor? I'm new and willing to shadow the different people it takes to make this train move forward. 

Question to all first timers, when you found the deal who do you use as your power team.  I hear that sometimes you don't need a ton of people.  I do know you need a title agent, but who else is important?

What would be my first stop? Should I find a VA rep and see how much the loan will be or go house hunting? I prefer to do a multiplex so that I can live in one and rent the rest. I live in Maryland near a military base.

This is going to be great. We retire from the Military in 12 months and just started our real estate investing business.  I mean we are currently working on the website and business cards along with leads.

I just need to get started.  I'm currently working on my website (with landing pages), gathering my direct mail list, business cards, and building my power team. 

My goals this year would be to never stop learning from instructional material and people.

I would love to work with a mentor and see the process from the real estate agent, investors, mortgage brokers, credit repair, contractors, and appraisers.

My next goal to at least sell 5 properties this year and learn from each one.

I want to start my Rosetta Stone Spanish to be able to speak another language later.

I'm new too. I'm currently working on my website (with landing pages), business cards, and building my power team.  I hope that we can learn from each other. I see that you have actually did some deals.  Wish that I could pick your brain.

I believe to become what you want in life, its better to surround yourself with that company. Such as educating yourself in your interest and having like minded people around to learn, grow, and bounce ideas off from.
