As a college student, I think the best way for YOU to start would to follow in the footsteps of @Brandon Turner!  Young, flexible, first home buyer (I'm assuming)... buy yourself a duplex, rent the other side out for as much of the mortgage as you can, fix it up over a year's time and then sell it!  Maybe You can qualify for some first time buyers' credits.

Are u using them to find numbers of absentee owners or skipped renters?  I'm not sure I'd this it's the same TLO by transunion, but I was denied because looking four absentee owners is not a justifiable cause under their policy.  Can anyone clear this up for me?

What do you specialist in?  General construction, minor revos?  Any particular areas?  I have a couple of homes in Denton, I'll be looking at this week I would like some input on.
