Hey Ryan, Do you think the same formula would fit for a REO deal? I'm low balling every REO deal (I mean really low!) but I would like to get my [b]acceptance rate up. Trying to pin point if its the EMD or the offer its self.

Nope. I'm a Wholesaler myself and I found a buyer for the other wholesalers deal.

[b]If I am a middle man between a wholesaler and a end buyer is there a particular form that I need to be signed in order to not be cut out of the deal besides a typical Assignment contract?

Anyone here from the state of Florida that uses bird dogs to locate property for them. Spoke to a bird dog today and they asked me to send them a agreement letter for them to sign in order to bird dog for me. Never seen or heard of such a letter. If any one has a copy it would be greatly appreciated.
