@Aaron Rowzee - You're sponsor and mentor should be able to point you in the right direction.  They're your focal point to figure out where to get the training, information, or support you need.  After that, Workplace and eXp World.

To supplement the 40+ hours a week of live eXp training (and on-demand on Workplace), there are a bunch of awesome Youtube series for things like social media and kvCORE lead generation specifically for eXp agents.

What I do for agents I sponsor is provide them with my own onboarding checklist complete with tips, tricks, links, initial trainings, etc. to set them up for success.  Sure, you'll get multiple checklists, which I wasn't a fan of, so I made one checklist to rule them all.

As I continue to learn more things, not only do I immediately implement them (DO THIS!), but I start building an outline of the training I then want to build out and provide to my downline.  If they win, we all win!

Congrats on getting licensed and welcome to the team!

@Tony Marcelle your experience will differ, but since Alabama and Florida do reciprocal licensing, I'd think they're more similar to each other than other states.

For me, I worked a couple hours a day on average on the course and it took me 6 weeks exactly from start to taking the state exam.  Since I was already an investor, about half the content was not new.  Definitely gives an advantage over someone who'd never ventured in to real estate trying to become licensed.

@Tony Marcelle as an agent you can transition over on your own schedule.  The more hustle you have, the faster you could transition.  The key is having access to training and tools to give you the flexibility to make the transition.

But hey, for under you could take the course ($200) online and get licensed.  Then find a brokerage that works for you and start transitioning!

@Tony Marcelle I started by buying multis, before becoming an agents I actually liked it that way. But it’s amazing how much I’ve learned as an agent as well. Now I understand what those poor agents went through dealing with me! Hahhaa

@Rachelle C. Net worth Florida or net worth realty usa. I guess I’m still confused about what you’re trying to do. Are you helping an investor buy wholesales? Are you personally trying to wholesale?

Never heard of a licensee helping an investor wholesale. Sounds like both a headache and a liability.

@Rachelle C. A friend of mine works for a brokerage that specializes in (and only does) wholesales where they close on a property and then sell to their investor list. I just recently learned that’s a thing. In Tampa too. Was actually an interesting model he laid out for me. I have no affiliation with them. But that’s a thing you could look in to if you wanted to do that specifically.

@Carl Ohai I'll be attending math behind lead gen and making it rain trainings tomorrow (live, virtually).  Should be interesting.  I can let you know what I learn.

@Richard Pierre-Victor i know people who are licensed with brokers AND wholesale, but I'm not sure I'd ever do it (in the same state, regardless of state).  Just seems like you could put your license in jeopardy by "wholesaling not using a licence."  You are in fact licensed, so you can't really separate the two.  Be cautious.

I recently met a licensee that works for a broker that ONLY DOES WHOLESALING.  Yes, you heard that right.  They close the property, market it only to their list of buyers, and then close the property again.  This is in Florida, but the concept was interested and seemed to work (and is expanding).

As far as brokers go, I'm happy with mine for both support but also value and flexibility.  To me it is the right combination of maximizing commissions but also getting exactly the tools, training, and support I need.  It's a national broker too.

Best of luck to you.

@Micheel Nooras fair enough!  I don't have much experience with this, so I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
