For what it's worth, I'd like to congratulate you @Fitzgerald Hall I'm working with a seller who just wants OUT!!!!!!! AND at almost any cost, so I PERSONALLY have to decide what my TIME, KNOWLEDGE, ENERGY, SERVICE and ETC., ETC., ETC., is worth, to help her OUT. Can anyone really give me a SPECIFIC answer? Don't worry, that's my responsibility, I will be back another day for advice, and from the looks of this tread, I'll get several answers. LOL Happy Investing Everyone..........
