About the seasoning, How long before it can be refinanced into traditional home loan? That does play a part right? What is Delayed Financing Option? How does it function in this situation?

Yes, Sell to builder, or build on them myself, I was given the impression a builder makes 20% on building a house and thinking construction loans are obtainable.

I've been told a double closing is not possible? Name on Deed AND Seasoning is the issue.

I have property under contract, but my end buyer is a conventional buy and was told by lender it's not possible to pull this off due to name on title, being sold from a Wholesalers does not work. MUST come property owner only to fund? What options are there?
