Hey everyone, I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Thomas Garza and I live in Channelview (Houston) Texas. I have very little experience in real estate investing, so I am here to learn as much as possible.
I plan on primarily focusing on rental properties, with the hope that I can have 15-20 properties paid in full by time I am ready to retire in 15-20 years. In order to accomplish this goal, I plan on using my technical skills, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities all of which I have developed as a computer programmer and mathematician.
I look forward to getting to know this community better, and I am excited about the new friendships that this endeavor will cultivate.
