I would look to Cobbs Creek in west philly. I think there is a lot of development right now in that area. Also Little Saigon is being revamped big time. Have you had a chance to drive around philly at all to check out some of these places?

@Nick Russo passyunk is definitely well established at this point but I dont see the market dipping back down. It will only keep growing. Here is whats going on a little west on Passyunk. Worth a look for future investments.

@Mike B. I agree with a lot of what you said. I'd love to see more value come from that casino. I have a property about 3 blocks from it and I am nervous what it will do to the property value

@Mike B. Passyunk has been expanding very well over the past 10 years! Not surprised they are going west now. What are your thoughts on the hotel/casino coming to Packer ave?

@Maneesh Joshi I have two friends who have rental properties there and they are seeing mostly young couples who like the basement and yard. The one was able to get more for allowing pets. Both have Central AC so again able to charge more. If you would like any more information about the area please let me know!
