Why build a wed site when you too have to focus on driving the traffic to the websites? Shouldn't it be the focus is to construct a great deal? And wholesale? When you have a great deal, the money will follow! If your deal is great, show up at trustee sale, those guys or gals have money in hand ready to buy your great deal, most of the time they buy site unseen.

Thank everyone, I was just wanting to get everyone involved here. The answer is it really only takes 5 minute. You just write a big check enough to pay off a 30 years mortgage. Call your lender, ask for the balance, and write a big check to pay off. yes, it's 30 year mortgage, but does it really needs 30 years, probably not. Just like others who did seller financing. They walk the mortgage to a better house and the house they have will be free and clear.
Just a thought!!!

Professionals practice everyday. They come on stage playing or doing their thing flawlessly, but do you know how much time they put in everyday to get there?
Well, since we want to be real estate entrepreuneur, then we need to put time in everyday, calling FSBO, door knocking, cold calling, get in front of sellers!! Do that everyday, days in and days out!! it will compound astronomically!!
This business is simple but it's not easy!!! No one ever said it was easy in the first place anyway, until you succeed!!!

Action speaks louder than words.
If you said you try, how hard have you tried?
Plus, Trying is an excuse for future's failure!!!
Your I WILL is better than your IQ.
When there is a will, there is a way!!!
and last but not least,
Whether you think YOU CAN, or YOU CAN"T, you're probably Right!!!
Take times and think about these!!!
