Wecolme, KREIA is a great place to network. Michael makes a great point. Even doing contract work for an investor is a great place to learn. A lot of investors need help with marketing and boots on the ground work.

Great idea! Can't have too many in town. I can't make this one because I have an insurance convention.
Next time.

Is the state subsidizing their housing? Can they go section 8? Do you know what they are looking for in terms of parts of town, size of property, and cost?

The big thing to remember when wholesaling is that you are not selling houses, you are selling contracts. Make that clear and that will keep you out of trouble.

@Marina Sud I got a call on those properties this week. I asked the guy if he had under contract and said he was working with a woman on those. Let me know if you need more details.

Just a word of recommendation:
Clay is a great partner. I've done several deals with him, and he understands investing and does so with integrity.
