Hey Kyle! I'm in the same boat as you. I've listened to every podcast sometimes more than twice. The only hard part is doing your first deal which I myself have not done yet. I know you learn a lot from your first deal but I like to browse around BP and read more books before I jump head first into rei. I'm 23 and a full time auto mechanic.

Personally I would rent to them, yeah you might have a few pissed off neighbors but business is business. And 10 years ago? The legal system these days are harsh!

Hi my name is Tommy Tran, 23, from Biloxi, MS and will soon be relocated to Atlanta for a job opportunity at New Western Acquisitions. I have no experience in real estate what so ever. I've been reading and watching YouTube videos to better understand real estate and came across an informational video made by bigger pockets. I get most of my knowledge from forums because it's real people giving real feedback. So before I waste my time studying for my real estate license I might as well read up on some information!
