 I use Lascara Law in Chesapeake  for my local real estate transactions.  Tell Donnie that I referred you.

I also use Anderson Advisors in Las Vegas for my real estate businesses.  They have been wonderful in helping me to set up and run my businesses.  They have a great tax and accounting department that works with the attorney's so that you get the most out of your business transactions.

I live in NC near the VA/NC border. I started in VA because it's close and more populated.

I am doing my first flip in Elite NC that I bought from a wholesaler.   I've been putting in offers in Hampton Roads area also but have not had any luck.   I also have an offer in on a short sale in Currituck NC.   I have been through some of the Nick Vertucci classes.  I'm looking into Raleigh because I have been told it is a hot spot for flipping.  What is your status?
