I am so excited, that I am available to help you. This means I am 'retired'!... I have hours and hours on my hands, to help you follow up, make calls, learn a trade ( I am handy with a hammer and nails, and I learn fast OJT ).. I live near San Bernardino, CA and have a Toyota Tundra Long bed. 

I am hoping to taste a few niches and see what fits me. My #1 strategy is: Cash Flow.
