Post: GOOGLE PHONE NUMBER OPTIONS

I have tried and tried to get a google phone number to no avail. I have even tried to get one in neighboring towns and nothing comes up.

My question to you is what other options are out there. I dont want to use my cell number on bandit signs and I dont want to pay for another phone and phone line.

Ideas thoughts?

After thinking about it for a day or two I think I will stick with my Realtor... I have some problems spoon feeding her deals and commission. It is her job to find deals for me not the other way around. Time will tell.

Ok a quick question for you guys.

I am buying my first property from a Realtor. I have been working with her a lot and enjoy her as a person and as a Realtor.

I have found a second home on my own. I dont know if I should put my offer in with the listing agent or if I should bring my current Realtor in on the deal.

She didn't find the deal I did. So would it be bad to leave her out or not.

Opinions.

Thanks steve. My first offer was about eleven percent above their asking. I havent decided yet what to do about my second offer but I am sure I will raise it some more.

I understand that Scott but answer this to me.
It is a repo so if they are selling it for X doesn't anything over X go to the previous seller?

Sorry I didnt proof the thread title.

I am going to make another offer but it is going to be a higher one. I hate to go higher than I have already done but the house is worth it. It just sux to be turned down on an offer over asking price.

This home that I am trying to buy is a repo. I dont know if it is owned by a bank or other entity. I made an offer that was above the asking price. I thought that this would guarantee me or another buyer the deal.

Well it didnt. They came back saying that multiple offers had come in and they want everyone to reconsider their offer.

Is this normal? I would think that if I bid over the price that it would be a done deal.

No I am able to go to my bank and get funding but on a deal this small I thought I would look else where. I I dont have any interest in a partnership though. It would take too much of the profit.
