@Andrew Nichols you mention it won’t cash flow. Do you find it hard to cash flow anything in the city of Fort Worth with how high property taxes are?

Homegrown Fort Worth Texan, born into a family of professional pilots, of which I am myself. Husband to a wonderful woman and father of 2 adopted boys.
