@Andrew Nichols you mention it won’t cash flow. Do you find it hard to cash flow anything in the city of Fort Worth with how high property taxes are?

@David Sandhu curious what your process is for building, and how the numbers end up making that work?

Hi all,

I’m trying to connect with other like minded professional pilots who are also investors. I’m hoping there are a few on here with some great insights being pilot and investor and how they make that lifestyle work for them. Thanks!

Homegrown Fort Worth Texan, born into a family of professional pilots, of which I am myself. Husband to a wonderful woman and father of 2 adopted boys. I love aviation, i love CrossFit, I love camping, I have an affinity for vintage travel trailers (have owned 2 Airstreams), one of which is my first rental investment! That’s an interesting story.

As I look towards the future of my family, real estate investing gets my entrepreneurial juices flowing. I’m here to make friendships and learn!
