@Sharon Vornholt It looks a little expensive for us right now but a great suggestion for the future.  Thank you!

My husband and I just bought a triplex, it's our first real estate investment!  We are living in one unit and are about to post the listing for the other two units.  I was wondering if anyone has any tips that they've learned about living next door to your tenant.  How do you separate neighbor and landlord?  How best to receive rent if they aren't going to use online means?  Do you have them drop it off?  Anything else that might be good to be prepared for?

It posted your contact info on the bottom.  Thank you @Jeffrey S. Breglio.  I will most likely be in contact in the next week or so.

My husband and I just purchased a duplex and this will be our first rental property!  We are doing some remodeling and then we'll start renting it out.  I have a lease agreement but I was wondering if anyone knows of a lawyer that could review it in the Salt Lake City area.  I'm pretty confident it should be fine but I would like the peace of mind.  Ideally it wouldn't cost too much.
