I've paid $350 for just SFH appraisal so those additions probably aren't far off.

We bought this at the county tax delinquency auction last year but looking to offload it to fund a different project.  We are just looking to get our money back.

We did go in clean out all of the personal belongings and gutted the bathroom.  Upper cabinets are sound so we kept them in place.
