Also, when does  a disclosure "I smoked meth" turn into "zooks it was a meth lab!"

Do you have any evidence that the house was a lab to make meth, utilizing dangerous chemicals?

@Charles Terrizzi, this is incorrect advice. An unremediated meth house can cause severe health problems, especially in children. It doesn't matter that you can't smell it. This house needs to be inspected and remediated to state standards before it can be rented again.

 Soo, if someone does meth in the house, it is immediately a remediation issue? Fascinating. What would the ramifications be if no one ever knew that drugs were used in the house?

Sounds quite scary.

I would think doing meth in a house is significantly different from the chemical process of making meth. Can't smell anything? No big deal

 I disagree and think your answer is wrong.

For example, a home listed for $65k that was sold in 2009 for $124k....is this likely an auction or short sale? even though it does not say?

 I was planning on managing them at least at first. But the goal would be to have them managed. I have a busy job, but can also make the property as tenant proof as possible, lessening the actual tenant problems.
