@Carolyn Morales I’ve got 4 properties I own free and clear. 2 that have 30 year mortgages, and 3 that have 15 year mortgages. I’m probably going to go ahead and pay off the 30 year mortgages in the next 6 months and maybe the 15’s too. I don’t need the cash flow. No matter what anyone says, having debt is costing you money.

@Seth Murray I’m from South Dakota now living in Florida. All of my family still lives in South Dakota. If you love hunting/fishing and money, it’s the best state in the USA. I’m a big fan of all three.

I bought a house recently from a man that is about 95 years old. He was an eye doctor. He bought the house in about 1965. Lived their his entire life. The house was full of clothes, dressers, beds, furniture, tons of paintings he had done himself, and lots of family photo albums. His family didn’t want anything in the house except a couple of silly, worthless end tables. When cleaning out the house I found $850 in cash, all bills dated before 1979. I also found tons of newspapers dated from 1942-1944. I kept a few boxes of them. It still makes me sad to think that nobody in his family wanted any of the photos or paintings.

@Aaron K. I probably get about 6 postcards a week and as many or more calls a week. Annoying, except for when I’m in my truck driving with nothing better to do, then it becomes a challenge to me to see how much of their time I can waste by keeping them on the phone.

@Darick Grant jr is this like a guessing game? We’re suppose to guess what you bought, and at what price, etc?

You win, I lose. Lol
