I'm a licensed agent in Austin, TX looking for recommendations on a brokerage to join. I have experience as an agent in Dallas and Brooklyn, NY, but recently relocated to Austin. I would love to hear from some agents in Austin that can recommend a brokerage based on experience. I'm looking forward to hearing from some of you and thanks in advance!

Great and effective tip. Just to clarify - this pulls up only cash transactions, not transactions on the retail market?

I have targeted a couple of properties I would like to inquire about and would like to know if they sell many properties and what the process is. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
Did you end up buying an apartment complex? How did the process go?

Land is a great resource but id be wary of whether its truly below market if it didnt sell at auction.
This all being sold by my local county tax office. The total asking price is the combination of "Taxes, Penalties & Interests and costs".
If they're being sold at a price just to cover what they owe, if there has been appreciation in the area surrounding the lot I don't see why it couldn't be a deal. I'm just concerned about the double close and basically the process of buying and reselling it.
This may not be an opportunity, but wondering if anyone has any experience reselling foreclosed land to end buyers?
My literal question: I found land offered by my county that did not sell at foreclosure auction so is offered for resale. If one is selling below market, is it possible to essentially wholesale these to an investor or builder? Does anyone have experience doing this?

In all honesty... I feel a more accurate headline for this post is “How I Made Me Lose My Life Savings”

I’d love to get to know some of the people that handle this kind of strategy here in Austin. Just seeing who is out there that is open to talking!

Ok. Thanks man.
