More specifically, I meant to ask. From a wholesalers point of view, for me to use a:

or

wrap-around mortgage

or

short sale

what criteria's need to be met on the sellers behalf?

Such as:

-Subject 2's

-Wrap-Around Mortgage's

-Short Sale's

Yes sir! Couldn't agree more, I'm still learning but slowly and steadily making progress. I'm following the method of allocating my buyers first. Then focusing on my leads.
