Hi Everybody! I hope you all have had a great holiday season. My team and I have launched a new site, we've had traffic but zero conversions. I'd like to share the website for you all to review and critique in order for us to improve our presence online. Our ad campaign is very targeted to users who may be interested to "sell land", why do you think visitors are not signing up?
selltexland.com is the url, Check it out and let me know what we can do to make it better.
Thanks,
Castro

Who here has experience brining in Mexico funds into your investments?
How difficult is it?

Welcome @Anjana Vakil. I would have to agree with what @Guy Gimenez has said. I've been living in austin for over 20 years and investing for the last 3. What is your definition of moderate budget? The Austin metroplex has suburbs that will fit your needs/wants with a close enough commute to the entertainment district. You don't have to live absolutely downtown to enjoy the quality of life Austin, Tx has to offer. Just saying.
Cash flow property is definitely more and more rare to find. real estate is bought for long term wealth. Austin is still a young city with ample room to expand.
Sure, people will complain about traffic/ transportation infrastructure, those are the ones that use the main fair ways to get around and may not be familiar with the smaller neighborhood thru streets. I can assure you that the congestion here does not compare to L.A, California or other more congested cities across the country.
Thoughts?

Thank you all for the warm welcome.
Geez four months has past since this post!?
@Joe Fairless currently focused on SFR development projects. I have our first two unit project going after the historic committee. All was good until we received notice that our 1954 built house could possibly be a historic landmark. Interesting enough permits have just been approved to continue? More ammo for us to use to remove the flag.
We've reached out to the president of the neighborhood planning committee who is un aware as to why this property would be tagged. Either way it sounds like the neighborhood planning committee is on our side. Should be braking ground soon after.
