@Bob E. Hi Bob, is this still going on tonight?

Hello, i am currently looking at purchasing my first home, that will be owner occupied. Does anyone recommend any brokers and Real Estate Agents in the area. I am fairly new to the east side Phoenix, Mesa area. Thanks,

Ulises

@Corina Eufinger Hi Corina, I appreciate your input on this, I really like the Idea of Buy and Holds seems like the most logical way for me to invest at this moment in my life. And i want to congratulate you on your success. How long did it take you to get to 12 units?

Thanks everyone for your feedback, as i am now leaning towards working towards building my investment portfolio. @Chris T. From my understanding they have their own team of Team of wholesale experts finding houses (drive for dollars, marketing, etc) They also have their team of Real Estate Agents and Project Managers overlooking the process, they claim to have years of experience doing so. And its all local here in Arizona met them thorough a meetup ad. @Riley Kuranishi I appreciate your input on this, i will make sure to dive deeper into their process, if this is the route i want to pursue. @Jeff Wallenius Thanks for your input, i am really considering other investing options, gets me excited just thinking of all the options i have in Real Estate. The sky is the limit.

@Account Closed I appreciate your feedback, as far as "they do all the work" they will use the hard ball money lent to me and buy a home at a wholesale price, do any kind of work the home may need and they will sell it. Meaning that i will not do any of the work besides provide the funds as an Investor.

Thanks

Hello all, I am currently debating two different paths to get started in R.E.I. Path#1: I am wanting to build up my investment portfolio, typical buy and holds and occasionally flips etc.. Path#2 I have been entertaining the idea of joining an Investors network, to become a member they have a fee of a $5000, but this will allow me to use their hard ball lending at 0% interest 12-24 months (depending on credit). They will do ALL the work, (and have a proven record) Long story short I will get 65% of the net profits. I would love to get feedback on what you guys think!
