Welcome @Ambra Goins and congratulations on getting your real estate license!  BP is a wonderful community to begin delving into real estate.  My suggestion would be to read and absorb as much info as you can through here (there are so many folks with tons of different knowledge to offer) and don't be shy to start hitting the pavement.  Best way to learn is by doing, just ask your broker questions as you go along.
