This is a Bungalow style single family home with many improvements. The first floor offers a large living room, kitchen with built-in cabinets, formal dining room, 2 bedrooms with closets, and a full bathroom. The second floor offers a huge master suite with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. Other features include a 2 car detached garage, and a large back yard. This property is approximately 1,200 square feet and is located in the city of South Euclid.

 To keep this as vague as possible, I would say do your due diligence on such areas keeping in mind you get what you pay for.

Welcome @Ambra Goins and congratulations on getting your real estate license!  BP is a wonderful community to begin delving into real estate.  My suggestion would be to read and absorb as much info as you can through here (there are so many folks with tons of different knowledge to offer) and don't be shy to start hitting the pavement.  Best way to learn is by doing, just ask your broker questions as you go along.
