Hi,

Curious to hear if @Shane Vince moved forward with them and what the outcome was. I have been conversing with a broker from Citrona homes too. The numbers add up but it looks too good to be true.

I was also researching on Johnstown, PA and what are the main industries (sources of employment) there and is the population growing or steady etc. I would love to hear if there's anyone from Johnstown who can shed some light on this.

Cheers

Vinay

Congrats. That's huge. As many people requested, I would love to understand the terms of the finance. How much did you have to put down etc. Once again massive congratulations 👍🏽

Post: FHA loans and mortgage broker fees in CA

Hi there,

I am looking to buy a 2 unit property using FHA loan (700k). I wanted to find out what is a typical mortgage broker fee on that type of a loan with 3.5% down.

Thanks

Hi there,

I am looking for some who knows about MCR on FHA loans.

Once I open an escrow, I had my loan transferred over from one broker to another, since the first one said they couldn't do it (they later came back after I transferred the loan saying they can do it).

The second lender said he could do it and everything was going well. Checked off all the underwriting requirements etc. I signed the disclosure docs as well. It was on its last legs but now he said that someone tagged my file with MCR. He said it wasn't there when they got the file.

So I wanted to understand more about MCR. Can the old lender tag the file with MCR after it has been transferred to the new lender?

Thanks
