I guess it depends on your agreement.  My friend pays all the bills, that's her agreement with the owner.

I also had an experience re-finance a car.   Same term and lower interest rate as well.  It's fine.

I think that when someone expects to reduce pollution, it must start from our own selves.

Thanks for the reply. I have read the information on the link you have given and I think getting a document management system software may be helpful to this project considering how much document we face in real estate everyday.

Thanks for all your time in replying. I raised the question because I am a potential home buyer, and a first time at that. Although before raising my inquiry here, I have already made some research and have spoken to several people who can help me in one way or another. I have visited both banks and commercial unions and I must admit that what I know regarding HEL is really limited.

Just for your information, what I am eyeing is home loan with mortgage rates california. Thanks for the information but I am still looking for more valuable advise because this investment is definitely a make or break for me.

You could have a greater chances of getting rich when you are self employed especially if your business becomes  very successful although you let go of the benefits of a big company gives an employee. However, you can also have more of it as long as you work harder.

Thank you for the help

Maybe, you are referring about a buying and flipping real estate investment. I think, there are also some risks but its a good way to earn money as long as you have your own property. Its like purchasing a house at a good price or at a lower market value then make some appealing renovations after it try to sell the house at a higher price than you paid. From there, you may earn a high profit. However, you can check this to help you decide with the type of investments you want: The Top Nine Ways to Make Money Investing in Real Estate . I'm also making a research about a real estate management.

Hello to all. I'm conducting a research on management solutions for an advanced real estate business. There are different subjects of study to choose and I got interested with real estate document management. I think, I'll be needing some good references so I can pursue further study. In case you know any books or any reliable software for a  real estate business that can help me , please let me know.
