The chances of startups succeeding may be a bit less than investing in a company that has a proven track record but has anyone invested in a startup tech company or any kind of startup at all?

Sorry, can't really delete/move the post to the investment forum section. LoL

Yes, I did a lot of reading online and finally accepted that I must upgrade. Now the question is, what is a good credit card machine that can handle digital wallet payments? I found TSys from their Apple Pay video in YouTube and they look alright. I'd like more options though so I'd appreciate getting some suggestions. Anyone?

Are credit card machines that can handle digital wallet payments a must-have for small businesses? I'm considering upgrading to one.

Hi. My husband is looking for a good area in San Diego where we can transfer before the year ends. Can you suggest a perfect area? :-)

Hi. My husband is living and working in US. He has an existing car loan and he is thinking of applying for a refinancing to be able to reduce the monthly payment. At first, I was kinda hesitant with this. But when he explained to me that he will be needing a lower monthly dues to be able to afford the housing loan that he wants to pursue this year, it  made me say yes to refinancing...haha. Me and the kids are so excited now to move to US this year. :-) Going back, in case you know a good financing firm that offers lower interest rate, please feel free to leave a message here. Thank you!

I agree with them. Consider the used appliances. Some stores offer service warranty for used items...it may only be like 1-3 mos service warranty. I remember buying a second hand oven during our first year in UAE. The store gave us 1 month service warranty for a 6 yr old oven.

Check this site for used appliances - http://www.kandausedappliances.net/

Thanks for all the input! I've talked to 3 banks and presented 3 years of tax returns. I also have a fairly good credit score but reps I've spoken to are not sure what or what not do with me and my loan applications LoL. So I asked a friend and she mentioned that I ought to try getting mortgage from a credit union -- which I have not yet gotten around of doing.

She did refer me to Calcoast and Quicken Loan but I'm still reading up on reviews from members online. She says Calcoast offers one of the lowest mortgage rates in California while Quicken Loan welcomes freelancers with open arms.

I haven't decided yet so, I'll do a lot of reading and research on New American Funding!
