Just curious. How does it feel working with your spouse on a daily basis?

did he have mental health issues? it doesn't add up. if he was a successful re investor, then, something must have triggered in him to do that. it's really sad.

My plan is investing in single family homes mostly but the reason I am asking is because I am making business cards for the seminars and networking workshops I will be attending.

Btw I like having my name in the company name

Hi! just want to know, have you named your company yet? If so, what name did you go with? :-) Honestly, having your first name - Sulaiman in your company name is a good idea. I agree with it - Sulaiman's Investment Homes.

Haha oh noooo! I feel your pain lol. Glad you recovered from that. The money didn't hurt either I suppose. As long as your business is great and you're professional I guess it doesn't matter really

The second to last closing I went to I had just been messing around with a generator for my ceiling guy to spray texture a flip. Stupid me pulled the start cable, with no spark plug in it, to find out it had fuel in the cylinder... yes I was covered in gas. I had a change of clothes and washed up but still stunk like gas fumes for the closing. I felt bad, and I'm sure the people on the other side thought WTF. Didn't change the amount of money being exchanged that day.

Hey! THNX for your response. My clients range from the casual "oh hey here to drop off cupcakes" to "I want to potentially buy your programming for my business chain." Yikes. Big gap there. I usually settle for some slacks and a nice blouse. Nothing tooooo fancy. My husband usually opts for a suit from http://www.josbank.com/suits
hes my partner in bussiness. Thnx for your reply !!!

What kind of clients are we talking about @Vernalene Perez?

My clients are tenants and have never seen me in anything but my frumpy handyman construction plumber painter garb driving a beater.

My other clients are sellers so I do a polo shirt and nice shorts or pants.  Bankers and stuff I don't care and just let my stats do the talking.  Deposited $83k Thursday and could have passed for a homeless guy.

There will probably be a point you stop giving a rip. Hopefully ;)

Lately, I have been having struggles with how I should dress when I go to meetings, or meet with clients. I noticed that the younger crowd doesn't dress up as often as I do. Is it a generation thing? I was just always taught then when you want to be successful - you dress that way, especially with your superiority. Help? Advice? What is your opinion?

I was considering MAC before but I realized it is too expensive like you are just paying on the name. I know it will be worth it but it is hard to maintain. I am currently using Sony Vaio laptop.

No because I have invested wisely. I invested it in a mutual fund.

In banks, the youngest age required is 18, if he is younger, an account can be open but technically still under the supervision of an adult (ITF accounts)

It is much better to start when you are actively earning. Should I've known the benefits of starting early, I could have started a long time ago. Anyway, a financial adviser is available to help you and give you an idea of how to start. I have started mine 2 years ago when I visited my credit union and had the opportunity of discussing retirement planning.
