You have received great feedback thus far. I would also recommend to firm up:
- Loan terms. With the recent volatility in the market, I am seeing rates go up and other loan terms tightening. If the deal still works with tighter lending terms, then that is a positive.
- Expenses (to account for inflation), especially insurance.

For Multifamily, to get started I recommend the Multifamily Mentors podcast within Bigger Pockets (there are numerous other multifamily specific podcasts and You Tube channels as you start your journey but this will help get you started) as well as a number of books - The Best ever Syndication Book by Joe Fairless, Lifetime Cashflow Through Multifamily Properties by Rod Khleif, and Financial Freedom Through Multifamily investing by Michael Blank).

FIBI - Pasadena and Multifamily Masters (Long Beach and Burbank) are both in person. FIBI - Long Beach and Cerritos and other Multifamily Masters are all virtual. You can find all on Meet Up. I hope that helps.
