@Alberto Nikodimov - I have been very happy working with Alberto and would highly recommend him.

You have received great feedback thus far. I would also recommend to firm up:

- Loan terms. With the recent volatility in the market, I am seeing rates go up and other loan terms tightening. If the deal still works with tighter lending terms, then that is a positive.

- Expenses (to account for inflation), especially insurance.

@Olusayo Lawal, I highly recommend @Alberto Nikodimov and his team. They are professional, communicative, and great with execution.

You can also look into eQRP (Damion Lupo) as an option.

Great post, @Alberto Nikodimov! This is one of the many reasons why we like the Florida market. The market has strong fundamentals, which will continue to support strong rent growth over the next year or so.

For Multifamily, to get started I recommend the Multifamily Mentors podcast within Bigger Pockets (there are numerous other multifamily specific podcasts and You Tube channels as you start your journey but this will help get you started) as well as a number of books - The Best ever Syndication Book by Joe Fairless, Lifetime Cashflow Through Multifamily Properties by Rod Khleif, and Financial Freedom Through Multifamily investing by Michael Blank).
