Hello BP Community.

I am an Out of State investor. Any recommendations for experienced and reliable home inspectors in the DFW area?

Thanks

Hello BP Community,

I am looking at  a turnkey property in the DFW area. There has been a considerable amount of foundation work done (addition for piers, leveling, etc). Is this common problem in older homes in Texas?

Do experienced investors steer clear of such properties?

Post: New housing development in Sherman, TX

I am planning to buy my first investment property in Sherman,TX. But I came across some youtube videos/advertisements of new housing development like the Bel Air Village, Heritage Ranch, etc. There are almost 10,000 new homes being built. Considering this, does it makes sense to buy a property in the area? Would there be appreciation in this market if the inventory is high and the population growth is not as much?

I am beginning my real estate journey and any insights on this would be helpful.

Anybody recently invested in the North Texas (Sherman, Denison area)? I am starting out and looking at this area.  It looks promising with recent investments.

Is it possible to get a positive cash flow in this market?

I am a beginner in REI and have a basic question about tax deduction.

Can gains from RSUs be offset by rental property depreciation?

Hi Real Estate Experts,

Newbie here. Looking for suggestions on which locations currently provide a good cash flow.

Are there any good surveys, consolidated lists that I can refer to? And where can I get tat data?

What are the factors/metrics I should look for while shortlisting locations?

Any inputs are highly appreciated.

Thank you @Nathan Gesner @River Sava @Don-Carlos Moniz for your inputs.

What are the secondary areas near Raleigh, which can provide good investment opportunities?

I am not located in NC, and I would appreciate any inputs regarding this.

Hi, I am looking to buy my first investment property. I am thinking of starting with RTP region, North Carolina.

Any inputs on the general trend in this region? Any other areas I should focus on?

Thanks
