Hey Bryan Stacy thanks for the welcome! Commercial investing is my ultimate end goal so I'd look forward to sharing all I can. As far as Podcast 13 is concerned its not really my cup of tea. I personally am a stickler for the numbers and with speculating you really just don't know much about the numbers. How much appreciation are you going to get? How long are you going to have to wait? What neighborhoods will rebound first? His logic was in the right place, but it's a game I'd be unwilling to play.

I am a new investor in the "DMV",I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for about two weeks now, and finally decided to sign-up. I currently work for a commercial real estate company doing market research, and actually interned for two rehabbers while in college at the University of Maryland. Shoutout to the Terps btw. Lastly, I'm currently focusing on wholesaling and then eventually making my way into rehabbing. I have learned a lot so far from the site and look forward to learning a lot more.
