Hey Michael welcome! BP is great resource. Another great learning tool is the podcast. There are a couple that deal extensively with wholesaling.

Jeff I'm looking for a GC to inspect and provide a quote, and I'm more than willing to pay a fee.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I sent an email to a bunch of guys on craigslist, and I'm reaching to some investors using your approach J. We'll see what happens.

I've been trying to get bids on what it would take to rehab a property in Suitland, MD. All of the GC's I've contacted have flaked, and I'm trying to make a sound counter before the end of the week. If anyone knows a GC or service I could use to get an estimate you would be a life saver!

Kweillin In Maryland we buy the properties through an LLC, and then sell the LLC. Like Ty said we can't include any language in the contract that would allow us to assign it. I'm currently using an agent, and it works out alright.
I'm sure that this has probably been covered in another post, but I couldn't find anything using the search. What are good sites besides craigslist and the BP marketplace of course to advertise wholesale deals? I'm a new investor starting out so I've got a pretty sparse buyers list.
Congrats and goodluck!
