Try Coastal Federal Credit Union. State Employees Credit Union does it, but membership is restricted. Also, I think Fidelity Bank NC does these as well.

Hi Vijay, in my opinion RTP properties will only go up from here. How much is anyone's guess. What are your goals with your rental property? As you probably know, cash flowing rentals in RTP are few and far between.

@Michael Cavitolo hey that's great your moving here. It's a tough market for rental properties in the immediate area. But there are good opportunities in surrounding counties.
