Newbie green horn to real estate investing here. 

My name is Cole. I live in Seattle.

I have been doing construction for about 15 years, I started my own construction company recently and am working to get that growing further. I have worked on heavy commercial jobs, hew home construction, additions, remodels, touched on land development and large project management (mixed use building with 265 apartments), and maintenance for University of Washington.

Now I am looking to grow my own company, invest in real estate, and network.

Im excited that I came across this site. I just started poking around and can tell there is a world of info around here.

Looking forward to contribute and learn on the site!
