@Account Closed insuring the value of money is a very interesting way to view itT these types of insurance contracts can help protect against inflation and historically have had better returns. I would be happy to connect sometime and talk more about how it works.

@Account Closed have you considered cash value insurance? I would not consider this an "investment" however in comparison to some other "safer" accounts this could be a strong alternative. Insurance contracts offer additional asset protection, higher yields than most savings accounts/CDs, and there's usually liquidity (tax free).

@Jerry Cinor, Dave's suggestion about life insurance is great and I would have to agree.  Cash value life insurance can be a great option especially for real-estate investors.

When properly designed insurance contracts can be used as a tool for you and your business. The type of policy that you would be looking for however is not a one size fits all. This type of policy would need to be custom designed.

Keep in mind, depending on your personal situation and goals cash value life insurance may not always be the right fit as you get started as an investor. From my experience you need to connect with someone who will review your personal situation and objectives then design a policy that fits to help reach your financial goals.

Great Podcast! Personally I am not looking to focus on wholesaling but I have to say this is a great mindset episode. Had some greats nuggets and takeaways.
