I found an off market opportunity, however there are are liens from the irs for $100k+ does anyone know if it’s possible to negotiate or deal with the irs in order to get liens reduced if you buy the property?

Hi Elizabeth just saw your post and was wondering if you had any success networking with attorneys I just read the book on finding/funding great deals by Anson Young and he suggested networking with different kinds of attorneys for an increased pipeline. I am currently sending linkedin request and letters to try and network with them. please let me know if you've found any good strategies thanks!

Driving for $$ I found a potential deal, looking up address I found that it is owned by Equity Trust Company, a self directed ira. Is there a way to track down owner of ira to make an offer on property?
