@Jared Bouzek Thank you Jared! The first thing that brought me to Colorado was the beautiful mountains and scenery, and once I got to Denver I absolutely fell in love with it. I really enjoyed the culture there and once I began doing some research on how strong the housing market was, I realized that this is the place I have to be! So now just wanted to get my foot in the door so by the time I get there next year, I can hit the ground running!

Greetings Denver Professionals!

My name is Charles Peralta and I'm currently licensed as an MLO in Florida. I'll be moving to Denver next summer (Summer 2018) and would like to connect with a few successful LO's/ Brokers who I can learn from but also serve. I'm not afraid to get on the phone and make calls or do whatever is necessary to get a job done. I've been door knocking and have done direct mail so I'm ready to do whatever it takes. I would also like to point out that this can be a golden opportunity for someone who wants to mold an individual without enduring all the costs associated with training.

I'm currently finishing my degree in Finance, I have 3 years of telecom sales experience, and eager to get into the mortgage profession. Although I have my license, I'm not with a broker or have any originating experience yet. With that said, I'm a self starter and quick learner so I'm confident that once I put these pieces of advice into use and become more familiar with the area, I will serve as a high quality asset to any team I work with. Hey BP Community!

Had a question for Real Estate professionals in Providence, Rhode Island.

I have an off-market 6 unit property I'm working in Glocester, RI and want to find the best way to find buyers. I currently live in Fort Myers, FL so I would love to find ways to find more buyers virtually. I plan to be there Thursday-Sunday this week (8/18-8-21) and hope to meet some more potential investors!

Currently working with a commercial property up in Rhode Island but nothing down here in SWFL.
