I'd LOVE to hook up with an East Bay wholesaler. I'd be more than happy to provide COMPS, MLS access, accurate estimates of ARV, and cash buyers. No commission on sale required.

Question for you California wholesalers:
In general, are wholesales averse to bringing their deals to real estate agents in order to find a buyer? What if no commission was paid on the sale?

why are some threads labeled "sticky"?
I saw one person suggest clicking on the "sticky" topics above a post. What is that & how does it work?

Kristine,
I have a great handyman, as well. Fits almost the same description as above. $25/hr! or will quote for the job.
Also have a great painter, very reasonably priced.
PM me for contact info, if interested.

@Carrie,
Greetings & welcome to BP. I can help you with insights into these neighborhoods as well as run CMA's for you on both properties. I can also assist with negotiating into contract, inspections, financing, etc. I'm a Top Producer with Better Homes/Mason-McDuffie and an investor myself (built a portfolio of 14 properties). Let me know if you'd like to chat!

I actually showed your Holman Rd. ppty. (1401, right?). Unfortunately, my clients need a back yard. Good luck with your closing.
Let's stay in touch!

Hi again, Adam!
Love your motivation.
When you land your first wholesalable property, keep me in mind for a quick turnover. I have investors hungry for projects in the East Bay & I can't feed them quickly enough.
