There are not many good ones but i think that JMZ Management might do downriver - if so I know that owner pretty well and they run a good business

There are several that attend the Michigan Real Estate Investors - you can ask during the haves and wants.  I do a little lending so maybe we can touch base.

Millennium Realty  (Clarkston location) in Metro Detroit is good -  she doesn't manage in Detroit but mostly the suburbs -    they manage mine and are very honest and good
