I am sorry to hear about your business, there are many ways to get a head in real estate with or without money. Wholesaling is only one option. Have you looked into going to your local REIA? There are many investors who start with there local group and gain education and support there. Have you gone through biggerpockets and watched podcasts and read the articles people are posting? Also if you are a good home inspector, did you consider getting licensed? There are so many ways to start investing part time while working a full time job if you need to work.

Hi Alex, Did you already speak to a real estate agency? Keller Williams is an investor friendly office and if you want to IM me I can help you find someone to speak to in your area. You would have to put your license under a broker so might as well check out some of the local offices who could help you find an accredited school.
