Quote from @Alecia Loveless:

@Jaime Reyes It’s up to you since you only have one unit so far but I’m still using Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Facebook, and Checks for my payment methods.

I tried switching to a platform, Rentredi, and my tenants complained that they weren’t familiar with it and didn’t feel safe using it. They preferred the Apps they were familiar with.

It probably takes me a little longer each month to do it without 1 platform but I’m way up in Northern New Hampshire where people aren’t as tech savvy perhaps as they might be if I invested in Boston or San Diego. I figure it’s a customer service industry so I’d rather just make my tenants happy.

same here, i mostly use zelle

I used to own a couple of condos, I don't know why HOA has become like that... It was the main reason I sold them, reinvested the money into multifamily and things are better now

I agree with Andrew, but I used to own a couple of condos, HOA is a pain most of time, I invested in multifamily and my head is cleared up from this

Quote from @Mackaylee Beach:

Just curious - Will you continue to provide maintenance during the lease term? How did you include it on the lease?
