There are several list aggregators that you can input specific parameters, but oftentimes the attached skip tracing doesn't have the best results. Your best bet it to pull a list and submit to separate skip tracing company. If you need any specific information regarding the skip tracing, please let me know.

I’m looking more for building a list based on criteria

Hi Allen,

There's many out there - property radar, propstream, batch leads, propwire, etc

Which one do you like best that does what I want?
Quote from @Ellis San Jose:

I use propertyradar

I will look into that one. Thanks!

I see a lot of tools where you can upload addresses into a system and they can get you contact information. What I need is a program where I can input an area, criteria such as multifamily, pre-foreclosure etc. and find a list of all the properties that fit those criteria. Does anyone know of anything like that?

OK from me someone who has been funding cash flow props in the mid west and specifically Ohio for a few decades.. 50k houses are in the worst neighborhoods of any city in Ohio and cant be fully turn key.. other than some very small little rural towns this might work.. but if its any of the bigger MSA's  Cleveland Cinncy Columbus ( here come the Columbus agents :) who in my mind pretty straight shooters) Dayton Toledo etc.. A house that is turn key that you would buy for 50k had to sell for 10 to 15k before they rehabbed it and there is profit for the flipper..

This is EXACLTY what Clayton Morris did to his clients dumped them into low end properties and millions were lost.. this is something in my personal opinion that will never work and investors are going to sign on to these high interest rate private mortgages and find themselves in trouble.

thing of it logically if you have the cheapest homes basically in the entire US what kind of renters are they going to attract..

this is a pass full stop !!  IMHO.

the way to buy mid west rust belt props is to figure out the Median home price in the MSA and buy at that or a little higher.. dont buy at 50% or less of the Median you will not have a good experience again IMHO and after funding literally thousands of these homes over 22 years.

@James Wise   Jim remind you of Morris.. 50k turn keys ???  :)

Are you familiar with this company? Can't get real world reviews on this either

Not sure if anyone ever followed up with this company, so I scheduled a call with them today to get the details, and I’ll share what I found out for future readers of this thread.

when you click on one of the tabs  for account manager and another person it just goes to a random linkdin page.. strange..
