@Llewelyn A. Do you think any areas of Brooklyn is not worth looking at? Like East Flatbush, is it overpriced?

Are there any asset based lenders for cash out refinances on primary homes for people with multiple properties but not high w2 income?

@Jan Kutrzeba, Hi thanks for your response! What kind of tenants are you seeing moving into this area? It seems far away from the city to become gentrified although the prices prove otherwise.

I know the building you are talking about, it use to be two separate homes. That building is close to the train.

What do you think about the area towards utica ave, or past E 40th st/linden?

@Westlake John I have a friend who owns property near hospital and medical school and a good majority of his tenants are students/residents. I imagine if your property is appealing enough doctors and nurses would like to live close depending on what property type you have and their family life. Being single versus having a family is a major factor, also property type is a factor.

The property is a 2 family semi attached home with a driveway.

Thank you for your response !

has anyone have any experience with owning a investment property a few blocks away from a hospital?

Is it possible to get doctors/nurses as tenants?

they are trying to sell this house now for 1.5M

I am seeing many deals like this where these LLCs are buying homes for 50%-60% under the actual value

How are they getting owners

to do this? I also see they get mortgages on the property.
