Looking for a handyman for a newly purchased property in colorado springs!  Work includes siding repair (moisture issues), insulation work, deck work, plumbing (tbd), windows, and blinds.  

Is anyone looking (or already owns) for a SFH specifically for rent by the room house hacking?
If so, what are your criteria?  What are you looking for in this kind of property and where in town are you looking?

@Daniel Guerra, how did this end up working out for you?  i want to rent by the room here in colorado springs, and I plan on self managing, but i hear rbtr property managers are few and far between
