Hello Rob,

I am new to the real estate investing side and definitely am looking to build the relationships within the community. Look forward to meeting.

@Jessica G. sure I will help you out with that contact info, here are a a few of the people I “KNOW OF” because apparently you have to watch how you phrase things today.

Chris Gardner - I’m sure you can look his company up and reach out to him.

He succeeds, not only at single fatherhood, but also at business, founding a multi-million-dollar company. A man who refused to give up. You can also learn about him in the little known box office hit “The Pursuit of Happiness”

Sam Walton I’d give you his contact information but it’s on a headstone in AR but when he dies he was worth over 8.6 billion dollars and he slept in his car at one point in his life.

@Jon Huber thank you for putting straight yet still helping me see what I need to do to get  a firm foot in the door instead of laughing at the thought of me trying to become something for my son, more then I am now. I appreciate you sir.

@Steven Ko thank you I currently have a job. I am a full time Apple Advisor working no less then 80 hours a week fixing your Apple products and being courteous to people such as yourself who tend to kick someone when they are down. Have a fantastic day as well sir.

@Lydia R. thank you for your constructive criticism and the "Facts" of the Real Estate market. I will take your advice under consideration. I don't tend to take things to heart but I know that you say it can't be done yet I have seen people with no money become rich beyond imagine with the right path and I was just seeing if maybe I could get the attention of someone willing to put a little faith in a hardworking business. I already have a HML who does the 100% financing and lends up to the 70 ARV. Thank you for taking the time to tell me I should go sit down somewhere though. It made me that much more determined. Happy hunting ma'am.

My original question was, "How does one go about getting working capital for my fix and flip property LLC?" I have gone through a company called @CentralBuisnessFunding and have a solid business plan. I have all my legalities covered, my @Dun&BradstreetBusinessCredit file made, however I do not have any revenue yet and my personal credit score is 600. Everywhere I turn I'm being turned down. What do I do? I also already work with a good hard money lender so my property money is good, with the exception for the earnest money. Which is the hold up on property. I have had two house under contract but fell through so to the earnest money not being there. HELP

Have asked questions about financial but no one seems to answer my question. Please can someone help me on my question.
