It all depends on the local team that you have.  Are you planning a buy & hold property?

Bumni,

I have a do everything guy that will give better service than any company that you will find. I know because he answers my calls any time between 6 am & 11 pm. He does handy man work, property management, real estate sales, working with title companies, water department on past due bills from previous owners and anything else that a turn key company would do. I am in California and I have not seen any of the Detroit properties that I own. If you're still looking for someone, send me a PM. Happy Hunting !!!

FCI is great for what they do...and that is collecting money and send the lender the money. They're not great at collecting. They have a great web portal for both borrower and lender and they ACH the money within 10 days after they receive the payment and the amortize the loan and they offer a number of other services as need....just check out their website. Some prices are good ...and on others you can find better prices with your attorney, like a forbearance agreement or loan mod.
