@Nik S. Yes it does and has a nice appearance as well. I just figured the boat hitch lock would cost less. It shouldn't take an hour to drill your holes if you use the right bit, especially a new one. I was a factory maintenance tech for almost 9yrs so couldnt help commenting on it.
What do the covers cost you ordered?

After my reply I seen the one David posted. This looks like a nice solution as well, pretty much what I had in mind too. With the straight bar boat hitch kind they wouldn't be able to pull it out anyway but I am sure either is a solution.
Best of luck :)

As it appears in the picture you could probably drill a hole in the metal side panels in front of the key lock and install a boat trailer hitch lock (long straight shaft lock kind) across the front of the keyed box. This should be more effective and inexpensive. I am not sure if it would block your washer lid from raising but you may be able to drill a couple holes only on the right hand side and install a regular master lock.
Hope this helps.

I have not done any commercial before but here where I live some of my friends have had good success joining the Chamber of Commerce or sharing their new development plans with our local Chamber. The Chamber has many members who are bankers, brokers, builders, insurance agents etc in it so when a new client comes into town and starts an account before finding a location to do business guess who finds out first, its members. Might be a good place to become a member and network.

Post: Why Are there So many Real Estate Mentors amd Teachers?

#1 because there are so many different areas of real estate to teach on
#2 Some other teacher is giving out info in that area so they have to do the same to attract you
#3 So you will pay for mentoring when they draw you in and actually tell you/prove to you how to do it. They know when your new and have jitters you will pay for the confidence via coaching.
Hey, I dont knock guru's for selling coaching. I have been paid to teach real estate investing myself. I have spent thousands upon thousands for training. It was valuable one on one information for my client so I believe they got the best end of the deal anyway but it was nice to help someone learn as well.

Your welcome. Looks like you have a good lead from Brian on that one and there are many resources on wholesaling all over.
Best of luck.
