@Shania Narcisse Welcome!!  I'm pretty new at this as well.  I've been scouring BP and getting tons of useful information!

A number of BP users from the Tucson area posted that they wished there was a Meet Up for them.  So I started one.  We're on our third month and seem to be growing.  The Meet Up group has 39 members, although all don't show up at the meetings at the same time =)

@Adrian Watkins I don't have a reliable answer for that as yet . . . We're having our second monthly REI meeting in Tucson for all Tucson and Tucson area REIs. At the last meeting, we had representation from Flippers, Buy and Hold SFH, Buy and Hold MFH, and Hard Money lending. We expect agents, lenders, and more investors in March.
