Hi Shane, Lots of factors to consider in the Indy market as many people have said before it is very street by street and block my block. If you are in Township schools in that rate range in general you should be in pretty good areas. The most important thing is finding trust worthing people that are in Indy that can help you. Lots of good contractors, property managers, wholesalers and turnkey providers in Indianapolis. Just looking through old threads on BP you can find lots of them.
